OMNIA The Club

Terms ofService

The rules for booking with us, and for a night at the club.

These terms cover your account on omniatheclub.com, the tickets and VIP tables you book through it, and how payment, cancellation and admission work.

01

These terms

These terms apply to omniatheclub.com, to the guest account you can create on it, and to tickets, VIP tables and enquiries booked through it. They are between you and OMNIA The Club, the nightclub at Thabahi Sadak, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal.

By using the site, creating an account or making a booking, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Entry to the venue is additionally subject to the house rules published on our Visit page, which form part of these terms.

Using the site means accepting them.

02

Who may use it

OMNIA is strictly an 18-and-over venue. You must be 18 or over to create an account, to book, and to enter the club, and you confirm that you are when you register or book.

Every guest is checked at the door and must carry a valid government-issued photo ID — a citizenship card, passport or driving licence. No ID means no entry, whatever you have booked or paid. A booking is not a guarantee of admission.

18+, with a government photo ID at the door.

03

Your account

You may register with an email address and password or with your Google account. The details you give us — your name and phone number in particular — must be accurate and kept up to date, because they are how we reach you about a table you have paid for.

You must verify your email address before you can complete a booking. This is not optional: an unverified address is one nobody has proved they can read.

Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, do not let anyone else use your account, and tell us at once if you think someone has.

We may suspend an account that is being used abusively, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms. A suspended account cannot book.

Accurate details, a verified address, and your own login.

04

Events and programme

Event details on this site — the night, the line-up, the times, the artwork and the genre — are published by the club and can change. We will keep the site current, but we do not warrant that every detail is accurate or complete at the moment you read it.

A night may be marked sold out or have its online sales closed while remaining listed, in which case entry is at the door only. We may also change, postpone or cancel an event. If we cancel a night you hold a booking for, we will tell you by email and record the cancellation against your booking.

Unless we say otherwise, a night runs until the club's usual 2 AM close, and all times shown are Kathmandu time.

Line-ups and nights can change.

05

Tickets and VIP tables

When you select a table it is held for you for ten minutes so that you can pay. If the hold runs out before we have your payment evidence, the table is released and becomes available to other guests again. You will see the countdown on your account page while it runs.

Prices, availability and totals are always calculated by our server against live inventory at the moment you book. A figure shown in your browser is never what we charge from — if the two disagree, the server's figure is the booking.

VIP tables carry a minimum spend, which goes toward bottles, mixers and food ordered at the table. The exact figure depends on the night and the table, and the club confirms it with you by phone or WhatsApp rather than publishing one price for every night.

A booking is a request until a member of staff has verified your payment and confirmed it. Placing a booking and uploading a receipt does not by itself confirm the table.

Your table is held for ten minutes while you pay.

06

Payment

There is no card payment and no payment gateway on this website. We never ask for and never hold your card number. You pay the club directly by bank transfer or mobile wallet using the details shown in the booking flow, and then upload a receipt or screenshot as evidence.

All amounts are in Nepalese rupees (NPR), and every document you attach must be in rupees.

You may attach up to five documents to one booking and we add them together, so a payment split across two accounts is fine. A multi-page PDF counts as one document. The same file twice, or two documents carrying the same transaction reference, will be refused rather than counted twice.

We will not let you submit a payment that is short of the total. If you pay more than the total, the booking is accepted and flagged for the club to sort out with you. If the amount on a document cannot be read confidently, the booking still goes through and is flagged for a person to check.

Only documents that look like payment evidence are accepted — bank and wallet receipts, payment screenshots, statements and receipt PDFs. Other images are refused at the point of upload.

Every payment is approved or rejected by a member of staff. If a payment is rejected you will be told why by email and given a limited window to upload better evidence.

Bank or wallet transfer in NPR. No cards on this site.

07

Cancellations and refunds

You can request a cancellation from your account page. A request is not a cancellation: a member of staff reviews it and either accepts or declines it, and you are told the outcome by email.

The club has not published fixed cancellation or refund terms for online bookings, and this page does not create any. Whether a particular booking is refundable, in whole or in part, is decided by the club case by case, and the terms that apply to your booking are the ones the club states to you.

Where a refund is agreed, the money is returned outside this website — by bank transfer, wallet or cash — because the site takes no payments and moves no money. The site records the refund, the amount, the reason and the club's own transaction reference against your booking so that both sides have the same record of what happened.

If the club cancels an event you have paid for, contact us and we will tell you what applies to your booking.

Request through your account; the club decides each case.

08

Enquiries and private events

The enquiry form is for VIP table and private-event questions — birthdays, launches and floor hire. Sending one starts a conversation; it does not reserve a table, a date or a floor, and nothing is held for you until the club confirms it.

We reply by email, phone or WhatsApp, using the details you give us. If you tick that your number is on WhatsApp, we may use it there.

An enquiry is not a reservation.

09

At the venue

Management reserves the right of admission. A smart-casual dress code applies and runs stricter at weekends; bags are small-bags-only and subject to search; outside food and drink are not permitted, and professional cameras need prior approval.

Aggressive behaviour, or behaviour that puts other guests or staff at risk, ends your night immediately and may end your account. Refusal of admission or removal from the venue on those grounds does not create an entitlement to a refund.

The full house rules are on our Visit page and form part of these terms.

Admission is at the club's discretion.

10

Using the site properly

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • Make a booking in someone else's name without their knowledge, or give details that are not true.
  • Upload a document that is not genuine payment evidence for the booking it is attached to, or alter one.
  • Attempt to gain access to any account, admin area, database or file that is not yours.
  • Scrape, crawl or copy the site's content in bulk, or use it to build another service.
  • Interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to defeat its rate limits, security rules or verification steps.

Don't attack it, scrape it, or book in someone else's name.

11

Content and intellectual property

The OMNIA name and logo, the event artwork, the photography, the written copy and the design of this site belong to the club or to the people it licenses them from. You may look at them and share links to them; you may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Anything you send us — an enquiry message, a booking note — you confirm you are entitled to send, and you allow us to use it for the purpose you sent it for.

The brand, artwork and photography belong to the club.

12

Third-party services and links

The site relies on services we do not control, including Google's Firebase for sign-in and data, Vercel for hosting, Brevo for email, and — where the club has switched that feature on — an external service that reads uploaded payment receipts. Our Privacy Policy describes what each one receives, and on what condition.

The site links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps, and embeds a Google map on two pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

We link out; we don't control what's there.

13

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every published detail is accurate at the moment you read it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may change or withdraw an event.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

If part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We keep it running; we can't promise it never breaks.

14

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the club and the website change. The date shown at the top of this page tells you when they were last revised, and the version in force for a booking is the one published when you made it.

The date at the top of the page is the version.
